PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THESE GENERAL BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These general booking terms and conditions constitute a legal and binding contract between the Rita Art Chalet complex and the tourist/group of tourists benefiting from the accommodation facilities offered for holidays and short periods and regulate the use of the chalets.

By acknowledging this contract (signing) the parties undertake to duly comply with all the provisions mentioned below.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

In order to make a reservation, a deposit of 50% of the package value must be paid within 24 hours from the moment of sending the reservation request. The deposit confirms the reservation of the cottages for the specified period. Failure to pay the deposit within this period automatically entails cancellation of the reservation. The remaining 50% of the booked package value must be paid before the start date of the accommodation or upon arrival, according to the details and payment instructions provided by the owner of RITA ART CHALET. *These amounts represent the accommodation fee and do not include meals, use of the spa area or other services.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION

Please note that in case of cancellation, modification or no-show of the reservation - the deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE. Changes to the reservation data can only be made subject to availability and only if made within 3 days of payment of the deposit. In case of legal holidays (Christmas, New Year, Easter, December 1st) if the cancellation is made with less than 90 calendar days, the cancellation policy will be 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

GUEST/TOURIST ACCESS

Entrances and exits are according to the following schedule: Check-in: starting at 4 pm Check-out: until 11 am If the RITA ART CHALET cottages are not booked the day before or the day after the requested period, the check-in and check-out times can be modified according to the requirements and needs of the tourists. Guests will have the entire RITA ART CHALET complex at their disposal if they book the 8 rooms in full, and access to the Spa area will be available after payment of these services.

WHAT RITA ART CHALET OFFERS

RITA ART CHALET complex has 2 cottages with free Wi-Fi access Vintage RITA has 4 rooms with double bed (3 rooms with bed 180x200 + 1 room with bed 160 x 200), 2 bathrooms, 1 living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, an outdoor terrace with tables, chairs, rocking chair, 2 sun loungers and a closed terrace with glass walls and roof. White RITA has 4 rooms with double beds (160x200) each with its own bathroom and balcony. Between the 2 cottages there is a dining and social area for 16 people, as well as a spa area (free Wi-Fi), a relaxation area in the 60 acre garden, access to the forest behind the cottages. *For the use of the spa area consisting of a sauna, hammam, and a sauna, a fee of 900 lei per day will be charged. Please announce at least one day before arrival in order to be able to prepare the hammock, as it needs at least 8 hours to be heated and sanitized.

TOURIST RULES AND OBLIGATIONS

Turists agree to use the lodge in a responsible and respectful manner.

Tourists will respect the rules of use and safety established by the owner.

Tourists are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order inside the cottages and must leave the unit in the same condition in which it was received, including the kitchen, dining area and barbecue.

If you are unable to do so, we offer you the possibility to pay 300 lei for additional cleaning.

The number of people that can occupy the cottages cannot exceed the maximum capacity specified by the owner of RITA ART CHALET, i.e. 16 adults and for this reason it is necessary to confirm the exact number of people (adults + children).

WARNING! Children will be supervised at all times by an adult, we are not responsible for any accidents.

SMOKING is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN inside the RITA ART CHALET complex.

Smoking is only allowed in specially designated areas, i.e. on outdoor terraces. If these rules are not respected, you will have to pay a cleaning fee of 1200 lei.

Please dispose of your rubbish selectively, in the bins provided. If this requirement is not respected, the garbage will be taken away by customers/tourists.

Access with pets is allowed as long as they are carefully supervised and will not bring any harm to the cottages. Any damage caused to the cottages or related property will be borne financially by the tourist/client.

The tourists must immediately notify the lodge owner of any damage or malfunction during their stay.

If a tourist makes a reservation for a group and the deposit is paid by him for that group, then that person is directly materially liable for any individual cancellation within that group as well as for any material damage caused by the tourists during the entire period of stay.

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit paid will be retained, regardless of the date on which the cancellation is requested. In case of cancellation made by the owner of the cottage for reasons beyond his/her control, the tourist/client will be refunded the full amount paid.
